Our mission is to serve as a cornerstone of faith and service in Scranton PA, opening our doors to all who seek support, connection, and growth. Through worship, outreach, and practical programs—including afterschool care, food assistance, job training, and community engagement—we foster belonging, restore dignity, and create pathways to opportunity. Guided by love and a commitment to justice, Church For The People works to build a stronger, larger congregation and a more resilient, equitable community.
